Large Hadron Collider

Some pretty amazing things are happening on the French border involving 7,000 physicists from more than 40 countries. It involves time travel, black holes and recreating the big bang. It should be getting turned on for the first time early this summer. It’s pretty amazing to say the least and luckily there are plenty of people talking about it so you shouldn’t have a hard time finding a ton of super intriguing information on it. I’ve been waiting patiently for this thing to get turned on and change science forever. I can only hope that this might spark close to the same enthusiasm in you.
You can fin info about the organization directing the project, CERN and the LHC, here. Here is an interesting article about a man trying to sue them for endangering the world (kinda funny).
