Denver Design Guide
December 5th, 2007

Jaime Kopke of designklub sent over a Denver design guide to Design*Sponge this morning. It’s a damn good list, especially for all the holiday shoppers this winter. Be sure to check it out here.
Another thought, What the f-ck is the deal with always using mountains to represent Denver (like Design*Sponge image above)? A. you can’t see them half the time and B. Denver actually has a skyline. Let’s show our city some love and represent it the right way. Perhaps like so:

Hi Celeste,
Thanks for linking to the guide - it took way longer than it should have (and no I didn’t pick the photo) - half the reason I did the post was to make people realize Denver is more than just a stepping stone to the mountains - time for Denver to get a little design love!

Yep, the image dampens the shine of your list. ds should have their uncreative knuckles smacked with a graphic ruler, while Jamie should have Star’s holiday cocktail.
